I became interested in her history and stories because of a family connection with a crew member. Titanic has been discussed in my family for a ling time, so the interest has sort of always been there, but as I have aged, (oh listen to me.... ), the interest has increased tenfold. I am sure my children will also appreciate Titanic and understand the true meaning and opulence of the whole era.

I was fascinated since I was about 4. Not sure why, just saw pics in a National Geographic and the bug got me. When I watched "A night to remember" for the first time, that's when I was really hooked. I think I was about 10 when I saw that.

They had documentaries and stuff like that on The Titanic before it was re-discovered?

My fascination with Titanic started at a very early age, I was roughly seven-years-old. Long story short, I was never taught about it in school nor discussed at home. One day I just happened to discover an article in the library, I have been ‘hooked’ from that moment.
