Didn't they say that they even saw red pain on it, probably from the ship?
Hard to say but if it is, that's pretty cool!

I know there was an iceberg which had been painted with a red ocre streak, this was done after the sinking. Probably for publicity reasons.

Was the actual iceberg itself painted after the sinking or just the photo?

Was this the iceberg which caused Titanic to sink? According to information I found, online, the berg was believed to be the one that the Titanic struck on the evening of April 14, 1912. In my research, I found no evidence to support that theory. It is not confirmed as to the origin of the said photograph nor the age for the photograph, just a supposed 'time' when the photograph could have been taken. That is not good enough, as far as proof (in my opinion).

I agree, but dont' you still get this haunting feeling when you look at it that it "might" actually be "the one"!

There is 2 known to have been the one to sink the Titanic. Here's a pic of the other... I read that someone from another ship saw red paint scraped on it, or something.

I read that too. There are a number of possible iceberg suspects.

I have always heard it was that last picture which the red (fouling?) paint was seen on.
That iceberg shape is used in one of Ken Marshall's paintings.
